Has this year flown by for you too? At HiJiffy, it was a fast-paced year, but as 2025 comes to a close, we are taking a short pause to recap and reflect on the milestones that shaped another transformative year. From major product breakthroughs and strategic integrations to new educational content formats, expanding teams, and strengthening our presence across the global hospitality landscape. This year has been about building deeper connections: between technology and people, between hotels and their guests, and within our own teams.

In 2025, we introduced Aplysia 3, the most advanced version of our conversational AI to date. This new type of hotel chatbot redefines what intelligent automation means in hospitality:

Our expanded hotel tech ecosystem grew further with the Expedia Group integration, enabling hotels to centralise guest messages from Expedia directly into the HiJiffy Console. This means fewer tabs, fewer delays, and a smoother service experience for staff and guests alike.

These stories highlight measurable improvements in operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue generation across different regions and property types.
2025 was one of our most active years on the road. We met thousands of hoteliers, partners, and industry peers at leading events across Europe, the UK, and the United States, including:

Our team grew by 27%, welcoming 18 new hires across multiple departments. Each addition brought new energy, new expertise, and new perspectives to strengthen our mission. Check our current job openings.
This year, we celebrated six maternity leave returns, each managed as a full onboarding process to ensure a smooth and supportive reintegration. Several more are planned for 2026.

2025 has been a year of building – stronger technology, richer content, new partnerships, and deeper relationships with hoteliers worldwide. As we enter 2026, we remain focused on delivering guest communication solutions that simplify hotel operations, improve guest experiences, and drive revenue growth.
