Hotels using Guestline as their Property Management System (PMS) or Booking Engine can now connect it with HiJiffy’s conversational AI to automate guest communications, direct bookings, upselling and other processes.
In the booking phase, thanks to this integration, the AI-powered chatbot allows prospective guests to check room availability in real-time and facilitate the end-to-end reservation process, increasing direct booking conversion.
The integration also makes it possible for the chatbot to send automated campaigns to the guests based on the reservation data available in Guestline’s PMS. Hoteliers can increase guest satisfaction and revenue from upselling and cross-selling by sending automated check-in and check-out campaigns, or welcome messages on WhatsApp or other channels.
