HiJiffy joins the Travel Tech conversation with experts from the hospitality industry, OTAs and hospitality technology companies to contribute educational content to the industry. Hospitality industry leaders from around the world will gather over the next week to provide a masterclass focusing primarily on hotel industry recovery in the Brazilian and Portuguese markets, countries notoriously known for having been severely affected by the virus. In turn, the hotel industry has entered a period for which no one could have prepared. In order for the hotel industry to recover as quickly as possible, the leaders of the major companies in the technology sector for hotels decided to get together in order to share lessons they have learned, technologies that have emerged, and innovations that could be used in this period of recovery for the industry.
“It is essential for hoteliers to learn about the various solutions present in the Portuguese and Brazilian markets in order to ensure that they are prepared for this expected fast start of recovery. Tourism has been changing substantially in recent months, so this event, by including some of the world’s top technology leaders in the industry, can be a huge help,” says João Freitas, Head of Business Development at HiJiffy and a specialist in communication between hotels and their guests.
