How many campaigns are available?
The library includes over 200 pre-written templates covering every stage of the guest journey, from pre-booking and check-in through to check-out and post-stay feedback. Templates are organised into categories and subcategories so you can find what you need quickly.
What categories are covered?
Campaigns are grouped into 12 categories: Pre-Booking, Check-In, Pre-Arrival, Transport and Logistics, On-Arrival, In-Stay, Upselling and Cross-Selling, Loyalty Programme, Satisfaction and Feedback, Check-Out, Special Occasions, and Compliance. Each category contains multiple subcategories targeting specific guest moments.
Can I customise the messages?
Yes. You can enter your hotel name, which is automatically applied across all campaigns in the library. Each message can also be edited before use to match your property’s specific needs or brand personality.
What tones are available?
Every campaign comes in three tones. Friendly is the default and works well for most guest interactions with a warm, conversational style. Professional suits hotels that prefer a more formal, structured approach. Informative is straightforward and fact-focused, ideal for instructions, directions and operational details. Switching between tones updates the message instantly.
What are variants (option 1-3)?
Each campaign includes multiple message variants so you are not limited to a single version. This gives you flexibility to rotate messages, test different approaches, or simply pick the version that best fits the moment.
Which channels can I use these campaigns on?
The templates are designed for use across your website, chatbots and WhatsApp channels supported by HiJiffy’s Guest Communications Platform or others.
Do I need any copywriting experience to use the library?
