HiJiffy has integrated with RoomRack’s Cloud PMS to provide hoteliers with a seamless solution for automating and personalizing guest communications. This integration allows for the retrieval of reservation details and the application of filters to segment messages, ensuring that guests receive timely and relevant information throughout their stay.
When a campaign is triggered, HiJiffy automatically sends a request to RoomRack using the stored token
RoomRack returns the reservation data (guest details, dates, status, package, etc.) directly to HiJiffy in real time.
HiJiffy applies campaign filters (check-in/out, status, package, etc.) to determine which guests qualify.
Eligible guests receive the configured message, sent automatically via WhatsApp according to the campaign schedule.
