HotelTime sends structured updates, including new bookings, modifications, arrivals, status changes and room assignments, directly to HiJiffy. This enables hotels to trigger personalised pre-stay, in-stay and post-stay messages without manual work from the team. How the Integration works?

  1. HotelTime PMS sends automated and structured data batches to HiJiffy via secure API requests.

  2. These batches include guest details, booking dates, modifications, cancellations, room assignments and status updates such as reserved, in-house and checked-out.

  3. HiJiffy processes this data in real time and triggers the appropriate communication workflow, such as pre-arrival messages, in-stay check-ins, satisfaction surveys or post-stay outreach.

  4. To activate the integration, HiJiffy sets up a dedicated PropertyConnector using the hotel’s unique HotelTime property code.

  5. Once connected, all reservation updates flow automatically, powering full automation inside the Campaign Manager.
