HiJiffy’s Guest Communications Hub is now integrated with hotelkit, enabling clients using both solutions to benefit from AI-powered automation to increase hotel teams’ efficiency in processing and managing housekeeping and maintenance requests from guests.

How does the integration between hotelkit and HiJiffy work?

Thanks to this integration between the two solutions, HiJiffy’s conversational AI can initiate a room maintenance request as prompted by a chat with a hotel guest. The chatbot directs guests to a request form tailored to their needs, and after its submission, HiJiffy triggers a notification to hotelkit to instantly alert hotel staff. They can conveniently access and manage incoming notifications directly in the Handover Tab withing the hotelkit App.
