Tiago Araújo is a Co-founder and CEO at HiJiffy. His passion for digitisation in the hospitality industry, deep involvement in the hotel ecosystem, and entrepreneurial experience make him a sought-after speaker at conferences and discussion panels. 

Tiago’s areas of expertise include the use of technology and innovation in hospitality, in particular the application of conversational AI across the guest journey.

Prior to co-founding HiJiffy, Tiago graduated in Business Administration at Católica Porto Business School and worked as a Business Manager in a digital agency for five years.
