How the Integration works?

The integration covers two connected areas: the Booking Engine and the PMS.

Booking Engine

  1. A guest clicks the “Book Now” button within the HiJiffy chatbot.
  2. The bot prompts the guest to select their arrival and departure dates directly in the chat.
  3. The system builds a custom URL using the hotel’s base URL and Property ID.
  4. The guest is redirected to the SabeeApp booking page to complete their reservation.

PMS

  1. Once the integration is active, reservation data from SabeeApp syncs with HiJiffy and feeds into the Campaign Manager.
  2. Hotels can filter guests based on reservation details such as stay dates, booking status or language.
  3. HiJiffy uses this data to send targeted, automated messages through the hotel’s chosen messaging channels.

To activate the integration, hotels simply need to provide their SabeeApp Base URL and Property ID.
