How the Integration works?

HiJiffy connects securely to Asterio using the hotel’s credentials and retrieves reservation and guest data via API.
Reservation data is synced at regular intervals and made available in the Campaigns Manager.
Campaigns are triggered by stay details such as check-in date, check-out date and reservation status.
Messages are sent automatically to guests via WhatsApp or SMS, for example for digital check-in and pre-arrival information.
