The integration between HiJiffy and Zapier allows hotels to connect HiJiffy with thousands of third-party applications without the need for custom development. Using Zapier, hotels can automatically send and receive data between HiJiffy and tools such as CRMs, helpdesks, marketing platforms and operational systems. Events like guest or client creation can trigger real-time automations, enabling straightforward workflows across the hotel’s technology stack.
To activate the Zapier integration, hotels generate a Company Token in the HiJiffy Console and connect their account through Zapier’s authentication flow. Once connected, automations can be configured in minutes using Zap templates or custom workflows.
