How the Integration works?

  1. The guest completes a reservation.

     

  2. HiJiffy calls the Nor1 API to request personalised offers for that booking.

     

  3. Nor1 returns the available options, such as room upgrades or premium services.

     

  4. HiJiffy sends a WhatsApp message showcasing these offers. Guests can select an option or learn more.

     

  5. After selection, a confirmation message is sent to the guest and the hotel team is notified so they can prepare the upgrade before arrival.
