How the Integration works?

  1. Booking Engine (BE) Integration: The integration uses a tracking pixel embedded directly into the Cloudbeds Booking Engine PLUS.

  2. Revenue Attribution: When a guest completes a reservation, the pixel sends key booking details (value, dates and confirmation) to HiJiffy. This allows the system to associate confirmed bookings with prior guest interactions silently in the background.

  3. PMS Connection: HiJiffy connects to the Cloudbeds PMS through a secure authorisation process, either via the Cloudbeds Marketplace or a direct connection.

  4. Event Subscription: Once enabled, HiJiffy subscribes to key reservation events such as booking creation, status changes, date modifications, check-ins, check-outs, cancellations and no-shows.

  5. Campaign Triggers: These events automatically trigger HiJiffy campaigns or direct messages through the Campaign Manager. Hotels can apply filters based on reservation status, dates or timing to fully customise their communication strategy.
